• Rental History Verification
  We contact previous landlords to confirm rental behavior, including timely payments and proper care of property.
   
• Employment & Income Verification
  We verify current employment status and income to ensure applicants meet income requirements (typically 2.5–3x the rent amount).
   
• Identity Verification
  We confirm identity using government-issued photo ID and other documentation.
   

Our screening process follows all local, state, and federal fair housing laws. Every applicant is treated equally, with decisions made based on documented criteria—not personal bias.

Most screening results are available within 24–48 hours. Applicants are notified promptly and have the opportunity to dispute or clarify any findings if needed.
